Not really, Im PMSy and annoyed.

I hate people attitude towards work. As soon as you say you worked today they say "Im sorry" as if its this awful thing. No really its not. I mean, Im getting paid, I like the people I work with. Sooo dont say Im sorry unless I say it was a shitty day.

I also hate when people dont call me with plans. But they posted a bulletin on myspace. I hate myspace bulletins in general. But EVERYONE from work went to the beach Monday. There was also a party at someones place a week or so ago and someone was told to call me but they didnt. I know I shouldnt be annoyed at this, but I hate when people do try to include me in plans knowing full well I work. I guess it makes me more sad than anything.

My iPod is favouring Train, Will Smith, and Incubus. Odd bc they are all soothing me.

I LOVE free drinks at work however. Vodka, cranberry, a splash of pineapple and sour mix. Yummy! Deff what I needed.

I LOVE that tomorrow is payday.

I love that this weekend all my favourite boys are gonna be here! >_<

I hate that my roommate is retarded and its so damn cold in this place.

Help! I have a good friend who is vegan. I am a carnivor, but I do love my veggies. Tonight I want to make lemon chive potato salad. Im feeling summery. However, Im concerned about substituting mayo and milk for vegan friendly items. Anyone make a vegan-friendly potato salad?! Does substituint the appropriate items come out ok. The recipe I have also calls for sour cream, which we dont know what to use in place of that.

5 pounds medium red potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
salt
2 medium lemons
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream (low fat or non fat works fine)
5 large celery stalks, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped chives or green-onion tops
chopped chives for garnish

Thanks for any input so we can all have a yummy dinner together!!
